Hotel vicino a Rose Garden of Seoul Grand Park - Seoul

“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1. We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad. Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was...

“特に不自由はなく、部屋も広く非常にきれいでした。”

“前にも同じ系列のホテルを利用したことがありますが、駅も徒歩圏内で近くオリーブヤングや少し歩きますがロッテマートもあります。コンビニも近く何かと便利な立地だと思います。キッチンは使い勝手が良く調理用具やカトラリー、食器類やスポンジ、洗剤も置いてありました。洗濯については、洗剤は置かれていなかったですが洗濯機が一台部屋に設置されていて、不自由なく過ごすことができました。マイナスなポイントとしては隣の建物の工事音や防音対策が甘かった部分だと思います。4月には工事が終わるそうなので、また機会があれば利用したいです。”

“Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop). There are many minimarket and restourants in the area. Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools. Wifi was good in the room. The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel. The staff was very nice and polite. ”

“Staff was kind upon arrival and room was spacious enough for two people for the stay. You have a 7/11 close by and several bus stations to get into seoul city center, it just takes some time. You have a window with no view, but since we were outside anyway it didn’t really matter. It was quiet during the night even with a open window. Would definitely recommend.”

“宿泊した客室に広いベランダがあったのが非常に印象的でした。全体的に価格相応という印象を受けました。いまは既に修理されているかもしれませんが、宿泊期間中エレベーターが1基故障しており、小さなエレベーター1基のみ運用されている状態でした。そのため非常に混雑しており、10階以上の客室から階段で1階まで降りる時もありました。機械の故障は致し方ないことと思いますが、こういう体験をしてしまうと、どうしても印象が悪くなってしまいます。”
