“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1. We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad. Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! “This is my third time staying at this apartment residence in Seoul. This feels like home away home. It’s studio apartment with all the conveniences such as full kitchen, styler (in-home mini dry cleaning/wrinkle remover), and heated floors which is so helpful during cold season. The staff are so friendly and courteous. They send message every morning to check my convenient hours to refresh my room. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping options. “Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop). There are many minimarket and restourants in the area. Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools. Wifi was good in the room. The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel. The staff was very nice and polite. ”
