“The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.”

“It’s a nice property, but there are things that we noticed. Part of the elevator trim was missing. Graffiti on our door. The bathroom door hit the shower curtain. The bed was comfy. No outlets on the left side of the bed to plug chargers in. No freezer in the fridge. Breakfast: there was a good assortment of food, however the sausage was inedible. Check in and out went well and directions to the room were clear.”

“Very spacious, despite next to trains home was rather soundproofed. Very clean, impressive with 'unexpected pleasant surprises' of stocked fridge of drinks/desserts if arriving late and not able to get to grocery store (and coffee/tea options, waffle options too!)”

“Amenities were superb. Very clean.We used the guest passes to the historical Common House with gym, pool, steam room,work space, bar, & café. The in-home sauna was great. This rental is the most stocked rental we’ve ever experienced. We were able to prep and serve meals at home! Charming Chattanooga”

“The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!”
