“Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match...

“Resort fantastico, di fronte al pazzesco spot di Keramas. Sarò sintetico: PRO: stanze fantastiche, posto fantastico, staff disponibilissimo e ristorante molto buono, orto biologico. CONTRO: isolato se non si possiede un mezzo di trasporto, extra un pò cari per bali, e un po' rumoroso al mattino (poco rilassante quindi per chi non surfa)”

“The place is magnificent but the monkeys are a big problem jumping on the tables at breakfast. Not cute but aggressive. Also all over the balcony in the villa eating the cushions of the outdoor furniture. Such a shame because this place would be heaven without those monkeys.”
