“Good apartment if you're staying in Sombor. However, they need to improve the sound insulation, as you can hear a lot noise coming from neighboring apartments as well as outside. Furthermore, the instructions to find the apartment itself and check-in came as an HTML attachment on the Expedia website, which isn't user-friendly at all. Other than that, the bed was quite comfortable, and the apartment was clean when I arrived. I give it a 7/10 overall.”

“Host did not communicate effectively or efficiently on the check in process. They overengineered a simple letter box key pick up, demanded my WhatsApp to communicate off the Hotels.com application, and then left me sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes on an evening arrival after a long journey. Had to ask for an apology before any was offered. When they realized, they called the receptionist, who gave me the key instructions from an unlocked letterbox. Why the over complex check in process...
