The one-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds was too cramped for us, and the guests sleeping on the pull out sofa had to go into our bedroom to use the bathroom since there was no second door. The room was in unacceptable condition — the bed had no proper sheets, and the mattress protector was visibly dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay. I documented everything on video. I strongly hope management improves their cleaning standards immediately. ”
