“The only complaint t I have is that the water pressure in the shower needs improving. Otherwise the room was great. Plenty of space, hooks for hanging things, grab bar by the shower, hooks in the bathroom - all well thought out.”

“Clean, good breakfast. Nice staff Cons -Room on 2nd floor had no water pressure in bathroom. Also no Kleenex in the living room. Dried blood on extra pillow for sofa.”

“While the breakfast was minimal, the rest of the hotel was comfortable and lovely. Given how reasonable the price was, the room we stayed in surprised us -- it was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated pleasantly. We have added the chain to our list of first choices for when we travel.”

“Every single staff member was a pleasure to interact with. We couldn't have been happier with the staff. On the negative side, the pool was down when we got there, however the next day it was open. Also, the only ice maker is out of order. The furniture is tired and worn throughout the facility. The chairs in the breakfast area and in our room need to be replaced. In my opinion, I would say the hotel is several years overdue for an upgrade. I'm surprised that Residence Inn doesn't hold the...

“Room wasn’t as described”

“We were participating in a Sioux Falls baseball tournament, and several of the families stayed at the Homewood Suites. The entire hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The location was great and within walking distance of several dining options. What really set it apart for several of the families was the customer service. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Frank was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we all left with a smile on our faces. We will be...

“This hotel did have a kitchen but you had to buy the pots, pans and utensils to cook with. The bathroom didn't have running water so we had to move to another room after we had just settled in . It is pet friendly that's one of the reasons we stayed here. Elevator worked thank God for that too. All in all we had a good stay just wish they would had cooking wear to use and not buy.”
