“Everything was perfect!!”

“Dirty, shady people, doors to get in on the sides weren't locked, stained sheets, uncomfortable beds, barking dogs, and a smell that I can't explain. Do NOT stay! ”

“The pools were nice and the waterslides were all open during our stay. During a prior stay some of the waterslides were not working. Also the gym is extremely outdated. ”

“Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. We called the local police to see if they could help us. They tried to call several times on number provded, still no answer after about an hour i received a text saying the...

“Arrived and was more than happy. Been traveling for work staying at affordable hotels and this one for the price and off season was superb. Staff extra friendly, room extra clean and a lot of bang for your buck. Had to leave earlier than expected but was a great stay. Highly recommend, the lake view no matter what time of year is outstanding. ”

“We liked the staff. The guy at the front desk was amazing. He was super nice to my kids. It meant the world to me. Parking was the best. However, the breakfast menu could use some improvement. There wasn't really too many options. Overall, it was a great experience and we are looking forward to staying at the same hotel again. ”

“They wanted $35 to check in 50 minutes early, what a scam! Room was almost 2 miles from Waterpark and I be stayed in nicer rooms for far less. Internet didn’t work and neither did the link to check out of the room. Waterpark was filthy, didn’t appear to be cleaned in weeks. Definitely will not be back”
