“Food was great as were staff. The room was very hot and no AC so relied on opening window. The radiator in the room didn’t seem on. Made for a difficult sleep. But overall the hotel was great and spa nice. Great with my 3.5yo son too!”

“We booked this hotel as the one we stayed in the previous night was awful! This place is awesome! The most friendly staff, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment we booked was huge, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here for a longer stay next time we are up this way. ”

“My second time here but first since the name change. It was a lovely grand room. Very comfortable My only ding was that the grout between the tiles in the shower needed cleaning. A bit mildewed”

“When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus”
