“This room cost $120 after tax. At that price point, I expect my freezer to not be full of literal dirt and human hair. For that price, I also expect that my floor will not be incredibly stained in multiple places. The property really needs a refresh if it’s going to keep charging moderate rates. Otherwise, it is going to begin to slip in terms of its customer ratings. ”

“Great location right outside of Luray for an affordable price. Very quiet and easy to check in. We called and got our door code and we were in earlier than our check-in time. The rooms had clearly been remodeled recently with updated flooring, paint, furniture, etc. The sheets and towels were lacking though. It doesn't seem like they upgraded the towels since they upgraded the rooms. Very thin, very small. The door that connected to another room had a very wobbly doorknob which made it feel...

“The view of the mountains from my room was majestic, but the window to view it left me wanting.”

“The kitchen did not have utensils of any kind, no plates or drinking cups. The TV remotes did not work even after staff came to check it out. Had to leave the TV on all night. Road noise was an annoyance making it tough to sleep.”

“Electricity in our room was not working. The room was not checked before we checked in. We could not open bedroom windows to get fresh air, since bedroom was small and not fresh. There was a weird sound in the room like tık tik tik. İt was coming from the floor or wall woods. We could not understand the source but it was disturbing in the middle of the night. It was a small noice but disturbing in the silence of the night.”
