“The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Important to know that there is an escalator that takes you underneath the hotel and allows you to access most of the buildings in the downtown area from underneath the street. ”

Both restaraunts werevery good, both with the food and staff.The front desk staff were all very professional, friendly, informative and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and it wasvery quiet around me. ”

“We booked 5 days for spring break because of the water slide. The chlorine levels were so high that my kids got sick within 15-20 min of being in the pool; this happened every time they swam (8-9x) and would clear up within a couple of minutes of leaving the pool. They were coughing so hard they vomited. I reported this to the front desk multiple times; one woman told me that it was impossible that the levels were too high because they’re inspected constantly. “The pool and the maintenance man (sorry never got his name) was our favourite part of our stay. He was such a friendly welcoming face everyday. The pool was so fun for my boys! They had lots life jackets we could use (we had our own but it was a nice touch for people flying in), and floaties for the kids to play with. Rooms were clean, affordable price and friendly cleaning staff. We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. ”

“It’s looks a bit older and run down a bit, but the room, though small was comfy as was the bed. Staff were great and a good vibe. Has a pool so kid friendly. No elevator. ”
