La casa è composta da 2 camere da letto, ampio soggiorno con divano letto e terrazza privata.

Questa casa apparteneva a Manuel Gonzalez Santos, uno dei più grandi pittori di Siviglia del XX secolo, con dipinti esposti al Museo del Prado.
L'accesso all'appartamento è tramite ascensore o scale.

L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e vi sentirete come a casa.

Ha WIFI gratuito, Apple TV e Netflix gratuito per i nostri ospiti.

Ha 3 piani, al primo piano c'è la cucina (completamente attrezzata), un piccolo bagno e il soggiorno (con una grande TV e Apple TV). Nel soggiorno, abbiamo un divano letto dove 2 adulti possono dormire davvero comodamente.

Al secondo piano, c'è la camera da letto principale che ha sul soffitto un dipinto originale realizzato dal proprietario della casa, Manuel Gonzalez Santos.
Il letto è king size, 180x200cm. Vicino a questa camera da letto, c'è un bagno completo.

Al terzo piano, c'è un'altra camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale (160x200) e un bagno completo.

Qui, al terzo piano, c'è la fantastica terrazza accogliente dove potrai goderti i migliori tramonti della città!

Offriamo un parcheggio con un costo aggiuntivo di 15 euro a notte, il parcheggio è a 9 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. È il parcheggio più vicino al centro storico pedonale. Perché la casa è proprio nel cuore del centro storico della città.

L'appartamento è proprio nel cuore della città, non potresti essere in una posizione migliore. È perfetto per scoprire la città semplicemente camminando!
Si trova vicino alle principali attrazioni della città come la Cattedrale, il Palazzo Alcazar, Plaza de España, ecc.

La zona è piena di bar e ristoranti, tuttavia, la strada in cui si trova l'appartamento, Calle Ángeles, è una piccola strada pedonale dove non ci sono bar, è solo residenziale e con pochissimo traffico, quindi è molto tranquilla.

3 days in Seville

My husband, adult son and I spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment this spring. Check was easy. We had a slight issue with the digital entry but the landlord was immediately reachable and solved it on this pot. No fur5er issues after that. The roof top terrace was a real treat, providing beautiful views. The apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere.

Lovely 3 level apt, with nice terrace view

This was a fabulous location and we loved the terrace view of the cathedral tower. Great restaurants and sights in walking distance. Be mindful of the view into the lower level bathroom from the terrace! We hung a towel on the window to avoid views that family members might have trouble unseeing! Tiniest kitchen ever was functional for snacks, coffee, and laundry, but i wouldn't want to cook in it. I would stay here again.

Location location location

The check in process was easy, the location was perfect right in the heart of Seville a few steps from the cathedral. My only feedback is that the apartment is a little dated, not like the picture. The a/c in the master bedroom barely work and due to the fact that it was summer it was difficult to sleep. The parking was not included but available at an additional cost.

Seville sunsets

This historic apartment is in a wonderful location in old Seville. Very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby and of course the church. The stairs are winding and quite steep, so if someone has knee problems I wouldn’t recommend. The views of the church bell tower at sunset from the rooftop terrace are magical. It was very nice to have a washing machine for laundry, however the refrigerator was not working during our stay which was disappointing. Once that is repaired I would definitely recommend this apartment without reservations.

Perfect location!

The location of the apartment is wonderful! You can see La Giralda from the patio and bedroom window. The building is very charming. A few things could use a little updating but overall very nice and I would return.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Seville

The apartment is walking distance from all of the major attractions, with many restaurant options nearby. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and we appreciated the smart TV and dishwasher. We loved drinking cava on the roof deck. Elena was a warm and responsive host. This was a great base for our trip to Seville.

We just returned from ten days at Calle Angeles 3. In terms of location you could not ask for anything better. To get there was a bit of a challenge. If you are renting a car, park at Interparking Cano y Cueto. It is a 5 minute walk although we did not believe the route due to all of the cobblestone streets so ended up taking an Uber. Ubers cannot go as far so we had to walk with our luggage for the last block. My husband came a couple of days later, took a taxi and got much closer. The host is amazing. We struggled with the directions to get in, and she was completely available to help us. There is a small market around the corner for essentials. My daughter is studying abroad and her housing was a couple of miles away with a larger market so we stalked up there. The views from the roof top were amazing. It is a very walkable city from this location. If you are looking to immerse yourself into Seville this is the place.

Best terrace in the old city

The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing all of the sights of the old city and downtown Sevilla. It's easy walking distance to the historical sights, restaurants and flamenco theaters. Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back.

Marvelous location, lovely apartment with a view!

This property is extremely well situated near the cathedral and in the heart of the center of Seville. The outdoor patio/roof deck is lovely in the evening. We had plenty of space for a family of four.

Great central location within a few steps from the church . Lovely courtyard . Really beautiful apartment with a nice outdoor patio. It's a nice bonus having Netflix at the end of the night for our teens. Elena was very responsive with really great directions and check in. Great place

Very central and can walk anywhere in old town. Note there is parking but is about 10-13 minutes away. So roller bags are a bit rough to take due to cobble streets. This is a small issue compared to the views and location however.

Right in the heart of Seville

If you want to be in the middle of Seville and have a quick walk to every sight this is the place to stay! But don’t drive in Seville. The owners have great communication and we were forewarned about the streets, they gave us directions to drop off luggage and how to get to the parking garage but google maps failed us. If you drive just go to the garage and walk with your luggage, that’s what we did when we left sooo much easier. The apartment is great, 3 levels and the stairs are steep and curved so we left our luggage downstairs. Air conditioning worked great as Seville was close to 100 degrees, it was needed. Beds were firm, king in the master on the second floor, double on the top floor, with the patio with the most beautiful views ( picture is correct with the view, but table and seating needs to be updated, a little worn out from the sun) but it was too hot to enjoy. A little ant problem on the 3rd floor, which was surprising but managed. A fantastic place great location but go directly to the free parking if you drive in.

Perfecta ubicación.

Perfecta estancia en una preciosa casa ubicada en pleno corazón de Sevilla. Teníamos la Catedral justo al lado! Pero en una calle peatonal y muy tranquila; muy silencioso. Perfecto ! El trato con Elena; la anfitriona; fue perfecto; muy atenta y amable a todas nuestras preguntas. La terraza privada con vistas a la Giralda, una pasada. Inmejorable! Volveremos !!
