Spanning two levels, this spacious and bright duplex is fully furnished with a high-quality kitchen. The ground floor includes a dining kitchen, fully equipped to make you feel at home, featuring a lovely dining table with space for six people. The living room overlooks the pool and includes a two-person sofa bed. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with independent en-suite bathrooms. One room has a 180x200 cm bed and an interior bathroom, along with two large balconies overlooking the pool. It also includes a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and a large balcony with views of the private street, Callejón Gandesa, and it also features a Smart TV.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. Unique details can be found in the ceilings and walls, which are historic and have been carefully restored in the recent transformation. The original wooden balcony doors give the property a unique Andalusian character while perfectly insulating from outside light and temperature.

The exclusive Casa Palacio Gandesa features a central Andalusian-style patio, decorated in detail to preserve the historical essence of the house. It is very cool in summer, a true luxury in Seville. Parking Information

There is the possibility of nearby parking at an additional daily cost of €20. It is about a 10-minute walk away and is easily accessible. Driving in the historic center can be challenging due to narrow streets, so we recommend parking and walking to the accommodation. Once you park your car, you won’t need it again, as the location of Casa Palacio Gandesa is unbeatable.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Seville. The Alcázar and Cathedral are just 400 meters away. All monuments and tourist attractions are nearby and easily reachable on foot. The area is also filled with wonderful bars and restaurants offering typical Spanish and international cuisine. However, you have the privilege of being on a private street, which is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of central Seville. This is undoubtedly a luxury for resting in a city that never sleeps!

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check-in is from 4:00 PM; however, if you arrive earlier and we can accommodate an earlier check-in, we will be happy to help you start enjoying Seville as soon as possible! Check-out is until 11:00 AM, but if no new guests are arriving on your departure day, you can leave your luggage in the apartment if you have a later flight. If that is not possible, we will assist you in finding the nearest locker.
