City Centre Penthouse 2 Letto, con terrazza di 20m2, cuore di Sevill storico

Due camere matrimoniali, un bagno, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un soggiorno con TV, divano in pelle a tre posti e un grande tavolo da pranzo, il tutto completamente climatizzato.
3 ° piano, senza ascensore.
La parte migliore del nostro appartamento, a parte la posizione e l'atmosfera vibrante, è la sua grande terrazza di 20 metri, che si affaccia su Calle Sierpes, (la strada principale della processione di Pasqua). Ha un grande tavolo da pranzo all'aperto, sedie a sdraio, una zona doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda per il caldo estivo e un parasole completamente chiuso che può essere ritirato.

L'appartamento e' piacevole, spazioso, ci si sta bene e questo fa dimenticare l'assenza dell'ascensore. E' vicina a tutto quello che c'è da vedere e proprio accanto c'è l'ottima pasticceria Campana e il grande magazzino El Cortes Ingles.La consiglio davvero!

Very nice apartment near all of the great areas!

We loved our stay in Sevilla! The apartment is so nice, very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, and the outdoor area is a plus too. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator, so just fyi in case you can’t do stairs. We didn’t mind as we needed the steps after all the great food nearby. The area is within a very short walk to lots of food, shopping and sites in the heart of town. The place was a little hard to find at first but the owner is very nice and helped direct us to find it. We’d love to go back again!

right in the middle of the downtown, everything is accessible via walking or quick access to metro/bus/taxi. the place is kept nicely and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right near all the main tourist attractions, loads of cafes and restaurants right by the apartment, yet it is very quiet and secure. Isabel is a great host, our flight was delayed and she waited quite late to meet us. Very spacious apartment with an outside area. Highly recommend, it would be hard to do better for location.

Isabel's apartment is in a great location. It was immaculately clean. It is also a large apartment with a huge outdoor patio area! She is an excellent host! We would stay here again!

In the heart of Seville

Lovely apartment right in the heart of Seville which exactly matched the pictures. We picked the hottest week in years with temperatures of over 40C but the air conditioning did its thing efficiently. Only downsides being poor reception on the television,a tendency for ants and builders in the adjacent building hammering g from 7am. What we really also could have done with was a ‘house information ‘ folder with information on bins, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. On the whole a great apartment in a fab position. Thank you.

Great eagle’s nest

A comfortable, funky apartment perched high up in the heart of old Sevilla, with a great kitchen for those who love to cook, just a few blocks from the mercados at Metropole Parasol and Corte Ingles, surrounded by bars, coffee places, restaurants. The perfect place for the young and young at heart, but it is best to be in shape as there is no elevator and the flat is on the third floor.

Had an awesome stay at this great apartment!

Centrally located this apartment was a wonderful spot for our short stay in Seville. Close to restaurants, shopping and many of the sites of Seville. We were here during the April Fair which was really fun. Had a great walking tour of this lovely city. Apartment was great for the 4 of us, our only trouble was some issues with the keys. It would be helpful if they were labelled so you knew you were working with the correct key! Otherwise perfect!

Wonderful location and assistance

The unit was perfect in regards to location. We arrived on a very wet day and were helped to the location from the owner's sister. She was outstanding in her assistance. She even went so far to go with us to find parking. We spent only one night there and we were hit with a Noah rainfall - 48 hours straight of rain. Good location for exploring stores and restaurants but during our experience we were soaking wet and we want to make sure everyone is aware that although washing machines are available there are no dryers and our clothes were soaked through and difficult to dry. Not the apartments fault but just that one heater blew out strong heat while the other two were limited in their capacity to dry clothes - once again not property owners problem but just be aware. Stay out of the rain if possible. Bedrooms were solid and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Balcony looked outstanding but we could not take advantage of it. Stations are all in Spanish on the television and the only reason we were using it was that we were trying to dry off. Very safe environment and as it was downtown the activities were plentiful. Coffee houses opened up early enough that a morning walk was worth the trip even though it was still pouring rain.

An excellent base for exploring the central historic area of Seville.

This is a delightful apartment. The photographs give a very accurate impression of it. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. The flat itself was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed eating on the terrace, which has a shady awning. It is very well positioned for reaching the Alcazar, the Cathedral, the Giralda, and several barrios. There are supermarkets, bars, and take-aways close by. The flat is above a busy shopping street but is set back so the interior is not noisy at all. Staying here you get a real sense of life in central Seville.

Super Wohnung im Herzen von Sevilla. Alle Highlight zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über Küchenutensilien, alles was man braucht. Danke für den netten Empfang der Nichte, die auch geholfen hat die Koffer in den 4. Stock zu tragen (wir zwei ältere Damen). Toll, dass Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Wasser etc. vorhanden war. Das Internet ist stabil. Wir haben diese Woche in vollen Zügen genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für die Terrasse gibt es 5* 😁

Estancia estupenda!

Un apartamento muy acogedor. Conocemos muy bien la ciudad porque hemos vivido muchos años en ella, y sin duda merece la pena este alojamiento, ya que su ubicación es estupenda. Hemos pasado unos días fenomenales. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Isabel ha sido encantadora y muy atenta con nosotros. Sin duda cada vez que viajemos a Sevilla, volveremos a este apartamento. Gracias por todo Isabel.

Modern, private, center of Seville

We loved our stay here and Isabel was so helpful from my initial contact to after our departure. Her niece welcomed us on arrival with a detailed showing of the apartment and info on the neighborhood. Perfectly clean, simply but well appointed, and the blessing of excellently working air conditioners (the temps topping 40° Celsius most of our stay). Great place for a family of four looking to be well connected on the old city center during a visit to Sevilla. Thanks, Isabel.
