This elegant two-bedroom ground-floor apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, exclusivity, and refined design in one of Seville’s most iconic neighborhoods.

Upon entering, a spacious foyer leads to a large open-plan living room and kitchen, complete with centralized heating and air conditioning, and a cozy electric fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere year-round. The master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The second bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for children, guests, or family members.

The highlight of the property is its private patio, beautifully furnished and surrounded by a small garden, perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a meal outdoors. High-end decor and modern furnishings give the space a sophisticated and welcoming feel.

Located in the heart of Triana, a neighborhood known for its rich history and vibrant local life, the apartment is just steps from the Guadalquivir River and the famous Triana Market, and surrounded by authentic tapas bars and restaurants. The Torre del Oro, Plaza de España, and María Luisa Park are all within walking distance. Triana, birthplace of flamenco and ceramic art, is the perfect place to experience the true essence of Seville.

The apartment is amazing, even better than the pictures suggest. It’s clean and perfectly located in Triana. There was a slight foul smell in the lobby, possibly from the drains due to the September heat of 35 degrees or from the uncollected sheets and towels of previous guests. If you plan to cook during your stay, remember to bring basics like sugar, salt, and condiments. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the host thoughtfully provided bottled water, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, and laundry tablets on arrival. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
