Despite being resolved the next day, we wanted to improve the category of their room and, therefore, despite being completely full, we looked for the best alternatives that far exceeded the price we had paid for the room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather either and if you were unable to take advantage of the pool because it was raining, as you well understand, it is not the establishment's fault... Furthermore, we would like to insist that we do not have a hot tub at this establishment, it is a swimming pool which is NOT heated. We did everything we could to make your stay pleasant and did not charge you any fees for your stay. We are sorry that, despite all our efforts, it was not enough for you. Regarding the transfer, it is not from the hotel, it is an external company and we cannot assume a cost that does not correspond to us. All the best.

We never change any room. Your room is completely described at your booking details. If we knew all this bad feelings from you we could change the room but you did not told us.
