You will have access to the entire villa, as well as the outdoor spaces and the garden located directly by the water's edge. The port of Sevrier, along with various sports activities (tennis, bike path) and restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Spacious living room opening onto a balcony-terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake.

Fully equipped kitchen with a table and stools.
