“I have actually booked this property twice, I had to cancel the first one due to an injury. Communication with the property manager is stellar! The spot is cute, well outfitted, great space! I would stay there again. Not far from UT.”

“A quirky property walkable to downtown restaurants and entertainment. The parking spot would be a plus for a small vehicle. The river view and shared backyard were pleasant, but there's a lot of traffic noise.”

“Was in town to tour the University of Tennessee with our daughter. This was a perfect spot to spend our few days in Knoxville. Easy on and off the interstate. Felt safe the entire time. We had to pay to park in the lot next to the building, but it was super easy and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Maybe if our daughter ends up at UTK, we'll be back soon!”

“Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again. ”
