“This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.”

“Dirty than my dog pan had bedbugs sheets were dirty had food and blood on them. Asked for clean sheets she went to look for some said she couldn’t find any. She gave me a towel instead super nice lady, but I had bedbugs bugs. I killed three roaches and I finally called Expedia and moved. Do not stay unless if you already have bedbugs and lice. No hot water. The heater didn’t work and the floors were so sticky. I couldn’t walk on them bugs everywhere bugs bugs bugs filthiest place I’ve ever been...

“Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...
