“Buon Hotel sulla strada Interstate10 verso Est, buona l' accoglienza. Ottima la colazione, con frutta fresca e piatti caldi dolci e salati. Buon posto tranquillo di sosta per altre destinazioni. Camera veramente grande e pulita.”

“See why they didn’t post outside pictures, wasn’t terrible, just not appealing. Door wasn’t sealed really well so bugs would get in. Toilet seat was broken and towels looked stained.”

“Breakfast was only oatmeal packets or packaged donut. There was no door on the bathroom. Sheets did not look clean. Shower head was gross”

“Room was missing luggage stand. Microwave needs to be replaced; only works intermittently. Breakfast is nice enough but not enough diabetic friendly choices. Room cleaned well. Staff accommodated requests for ground floor room.”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

“At 8:30. AM there were not any eggs or orange juice at the breakfast bar. Road noise from the adjacent interstate was excessive in our room.”

“Breakfast was cold, there was 3 sausages available at 8AM and the lady didn’t want to bring out more. The potatoes were cold, the egg was the only the good.”

“Pool was not as clean as it should be for a property of this type. Pool water in the hot tub and main pool was cloudy and smelled dirty. Found several clumps of hair floating around in the water. Air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as it should. Room never cooled below 74 especially while sleeping. Room temperature is critical when spending several hours outside wagering on the horse races. Casino didn’t properly purify the air resulting in poor air quality for the gamblers. Didn’t offer...
