Nice option in Habada area - Sharm El Sheik
It was the 2nd week of a 2 weeks in the Red Sea. Rooms renovated and clean, huge pools. Buffet restaurant that could be improved, nice Italian restaurants and fish restaurant inside the village. Good gym, that could be improved too with more machines. Overall a really nice stay.

La tranquillità e la discrezione ne fanno un luogo gradevole, sono solleciti e attenti in caso di difficoltà. il servizio di guardia ingresso e uscita è preciso e attento e sempre nei limiti della cortesia.la struttura è molto vasta consentendo ad ognuno di ricavare i propri spazi, il servizio di animazione non è invadente. La pulizia nelle camere puntuale e discreta. Purtroppo la prima colazione è molto limitata e orientata su gusti Est Europa. Nemmeno la cena è lodevole, molto più adeguata qualità/prezzo nel bar piscina.

Hotel curato e ben posizionato con accesso diretto al mare. Non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie dato che si sviluppa su vari livelli.Il cibo non eccezionale ma si trova sempre qualcosa di sufficientemente buono da mangiare.Bene il wifi gratuito che copre tutta la struttura.Bei giardini, zona mare con tante sdraie ma con pochi ombrelloni e tutti fissi.Buon livello di pulizia generale e delle camere.Il mio giudizio è positivo

Struttura molto curata e pulita, sia nelle stanze che nelle zone giardini, piscine e spiaggia. Ombrelloni e lettini disponibili in diverse zone per relax totale a ridosso della spiaggia o sotto le palme. Complessivamente una struttura elegante, pulita e sempre curata con personale gentile e disponibile. Una nota: certi servizi come tennis, wellness e anche il biliardo a pagamento. In una struttura 5 stelle dovrebbe essere inclusa nel soggiorno.

Struttura che ho trovato superiore alle aspettative, nel tratto di mare con la barriera più bella della zona di Sharm. Diving in loco, Wi-Fi gratis anche in camera . Personale cordiale ed educato. Mangiare migliorabile, ma nel complesso eccellente!

Struttura un po datata ma molto curata ed elegante
Ho prenotato quest'albergo in quanto al suo interno c'è un ottimo diving che mi era stato consigliato da amici subacquei. L'hotel è molto elegante e curatissimo, il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Durante il mio soggiorno il mio compagno compiva gli anni e ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza una torta di compleanno offerta dallo staff! La struttura si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia, è molto grande quindi consiglio di prenotare con un piccolo surplus le stanze che si affacciano direttamente sul mare o sulla piscina. C'è un ristorante principale con colazione molto ricca a buffet e cena a buffet con piatti prevalentemente egiziani ben cucinati o , senza alcun surplus, un ristorante italiano e uno messicano

Ristorante italiano (il Palio) e messicano (Acapulco) eccezionali. Sconsiglio il Zinzina, decisamente non all'altezza. Connessione internet per 3 ore al giorno a bordo delle piscine (linea un po' lenta). Barriera corallina bella raggiungibile con pontile galleggiante, posizione invidiabile. Clientela mista ed eterogenea (con prevalenza di russi). Senza dubbio meritate le 5 stelle.

Buono, anche se le 5 stelle corrispondono appena a 4 da noi.Ottima la colazione, belle le piscine, ottimo il servizio all'esterno. Al ristorante a buffet grande scelta di verdure e di frutta, che si possono mangiare tranquillamente. Buonissino cenone di Capodanno, snervante però la lentezza dei camerieri. Nell'insieme direi che ha reso piacevole un soggiorno altrimenti molto deludente.

DELUSIONE E SCONCERTO
Rispetto a due anni fa, sia la pulizia delle camere che il relativo servizio sono stati molto approssimativi. Il ristorante, malgrado l'elevato costo, aveva sempre le stesse (poche e povere portate). Il personate entra nelle camere senza chiedere il permesso (io ho denunciato al direttore l'intrusione e la peramanenza nella mia camera dell'addetto al minibar mentre mia moglie dormiva).

My stay at this hotel was so nice. All of the staff were very friendly, super helpful and they went above and the went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable. The evening restaurant manager organised a birthday cake for me as a surprise. It was so nice. I really appreciated it and it definitely made my birthday special. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Red Sea. The snorkeling off the pier is amazing. For an all-inclusive, the food was very good and we were well-pleased. Special mention to Ayman in the Coast restuarant, Hesham at the pool bar, our room attendant, Ahmed, and Maikel and Sama in the spa who made our stay extra special.

Tout ce qui concerne l’extérieur « piscine, plage, bar de piscine, service de piscine, service de plage.. » incroyable, les gens sont des amours et sont extrêmement serviables. Ce qui concerne le service dans l’hôtel médiocre, les gens sont arrogant, j’ai attendu 2 jours un dentifrice que pour finir j’ai été acheté moi même. J’ai demandé un cendrier le mardi, le vendredi il m’ont donné. L’hôtel en soit et bien, mais la réception ils sont arrogant, ils ont pas de patience si on ne comprend pas… Je recommande uniquement pour la piscine, le reste non je recommande pas.

It is economic to stay at the hotel due to the room price. But in comparison to Sharm, it is not the quality of 5 stars. Hotel design is old and view is limited and food is of basic quality.

The best hotel in Sharm, the staff starting from the Reception waiters, housekeepers and the drivers are so humble and careful. Food is great the chef Amer and chef Sami could go extra mile with whatever you ask. The rooms are super clean. The beach is Amazing Animation team makes good activities , yoga, volleyball…and they are available whenever you want . I will definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel, it felt like home, so cozy and the garden so well taken care of. The food was incredible, in all the 3 restaurants, Calamari being the best. The reef is full of fish, just know where to look for them. All in all, awesome vacation, totally recommend the property.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l’hôtel Renaissance pour les fêtes de fin d’année . Tout était parfait : les chambres premium vue mer sont très spacieuses ( chambre et salon ) avec une magnifique vue sur la mer rouge . Elles sont dotées de plusieurs équipements dont une machine à laver, un micro ondes ou encore une table à repasser, on pourrait presque vivre là-bas ! Des peignoirs sont également disponibles dans les chambres . Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable dont notamment Ahmed au bar. Le manager quant à lui est à l’écoute de ses clients et d’un grand professionnalisme . L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines et d’un accès direct à la mer sur un ponton . Il y a un centre de plongée accolé à l’hôtel ce qui est très appréciable . Il y a également un sauna et un jacuzzi intérieur pour la fin de journée ce qui est très agréable . Le salon de massage est lui aussi professionnel . L’équipe d’animation est au top, notamment Lyra qui fera tout pour que vous passiez un séjour agréable jusqu’à vous accompagner en boîte de nuit avec l’équipe d’animation. Un grand merci à elle . Les buffets sont variés et très bons avec des spécialités locales et des poissons entiers . L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et les chambres sont très propres , le personnel est lui aussi très compétent . Des animations sont assurés tous les soirs avec des intervenants externes de qualité .

It is very difficult to arrange the transportation -- should establish text or other app instead of making CALLS to every restaurant, in room, SPA, etc. It is not accessible for people with hearing loss. I had to rely on other staff who happened in the area -- I had to walk and look for them to make CALLS for me. That reduced me to very limited independence and ability to get around.

Sem defeitos! Maravilhoso!
Hotel 5 estrelas! Buffet de café da manhã completíssimo e jantares idem. Quartos novos, banheiros amplos. Wi-fi funcionou muito bem. Jacuzzi e sauna maravilhosos! Usamos duas vezes. Ar condicionado parou sozinho algumas vezes, isso foi irritante, mas era só re-colocar o cartão que ele voltava a funcionar. Na nossa opinião esse hotel é praticamente sem defeitos e bastante luxuoso. Tem um píer onde é possível pular no mar azulzinho, leve um calçado apropriado para pisar na areia porque é cheio de corais que podem cortar o pé. Vista linda demais. Gostaria de voltar.
