“This property was nothing as advertised. We left and found a hotel room accommodations for the 8 of us. We noticed the AC wasn’t adequate as soon as we opened the door. The floor was sticky in the kitchen and the whole house seemed dirty. The temperature was 80 degrees inside. We left to get dinner after adjusting the thermostat down and returned 90 minutes later to find that the house somehow felt hotter. We never stayed a night. None of the pictures online were a true representation...

“Place was very clean and convenient. We needed a place with room to park a boat and there was plenty of room. It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again.”

“Kathleen was an amazing host and nothing but helpful for our stay. She was very communicative and was quick to reply to my questions. The space was very clean and well kept and that bed was so comfortable! It was a short stay so I did not get to explore the area much but loved her little “cheat sheet” for dining and entertainment in the area! Overall a 10/10 experience!!”

“This is a treasure! This home gives the chance to have a historical, luxurious experience but it can be cozy and romantic too. I love the warmth from hosts- perfect personal touches to fully accommodate your stay but I always felt privacy was valued and ensured. In another universe, I could live here and I would be grand and glorious.”

“We visited for 2 nights for a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. The kids loved the backyard to play in and the space they had to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. She left extra goodies for the kids and offered suggestions of places to go in the area. Will definitely rent again if we come to the area.”
