“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“A little dated for a "very good" on Expedia. Someone left a bottle of opened/used nail polish in our room that wasn't ours. The thermostat didn't work properly.”

“Pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was yellow and was being painted while people were in the pool. No wet paint sign. Beach/pool chairs were ripped and there were only 4. No pool towels stocked and when I asked reception for some, they could only provide 1. They gave us the wrong room which didn't even fit all my guests.
