“The room was not clean. There were traces of blood/ dirt on pillows and blanket. The bed was so old and disgusting we both got backache and neck ache and couldn’t sleep throughout the night. There was no iron in the room and the hair dryer was broken. The bathroom was so dirty and poorly maintained that it looked like a homeless shelter. The staff looked like they hated their job, except of an East Indian guy who was the only friendly person there. They didn’t have tissue paper and when asked,...

“This was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences I have had at a hotel in ages . It's a beautiful quaint small inn with only 5 rooms but it was simply beautiful and the room was spectacular. I would strongly recommend staying here . Waking up early and seeing the deer and coyotes was just the icing on the cake .”

“Room was okay. Had spiders and a cockroach in the bathroom. Bed was noisy and not comfortable. Bathroom is very small. ”

“Very friendly staff! Enjoyed convenience breakfast buffet! Coffee machine with coffee drinks was a plus! Having to ask to have house keeping clean room during stay should not be up to guest! Overall I thought the hotel was very quiet and a great location for Redding!”

“Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people.”
