The Suncatcher- Steps to Lake Michigan. Pet Friendly & Fully Fenced

Nestled in the heart of Sheboygan, our location is a true gem! We are just steps away from the shores of Lake Michigan and an easy stroll to all that the downtown has to offer.

We have 3 bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. We are a sucker for a good theme so in the two downstairs bedrooms you will find small nods to our love for golf and cheese. One bathroom and laundry located on the main floor. Upstairs you will find another bedroom/loft and private bathroom. There is also a desk and kids corner where we hope they will have hours of fun.

-Keurig and Regular coffee pot with fully stocked coffee bar. Even a small coffee pot in the upstairs bedroom perfect for those lazy mornings

Wonderful trip to visit family for the holidays. Plenty of space for game time and wonderful location to walk to the lake/lighthouse. Also a nice walk to the downtown area to check out the game store, yarn shop, bookstore, restaurants, and more. Happened to be lucky enough to wander down and watch a bunch of folks take a polar bear plunge in the lake on a very cold new New Year's Day. Lol.

We loved our stay at the Suncatcher! Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids 9and under plus our large puppy stayed here for a week in mid November and have nothing bad to say about it. While it looks small on the outside, it's deceivingly spacious on the inside. We had plenty of space and activities to fill our time while we were there. My kids loved having the whole upstairs as a play space. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our puppy so she could run without needing to be tied up. We appreciated how well taken care of and well stocked everything was throughout the whole house (dishes, soap in the shower, pack and play for our baby, even ketchup because we forgot that). They even left a stuffed toy for our puppy when we showed up! A few of our favorite parts were the fireplace because of the chilly November weather, the 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan, and the "cheese room". We were less than 15 minutes away from anything we needed or wanted: grocery store, children's museum, play cafe, America's tallest flag pole, Lake Michigan, etc. One thing that we especially appreciated about Jessica and Travis was that when we accidentally broke a curtain rod while playing, and they were SO gracious and said they would repair it with no expense to us. We felt as though we were able to live our normal life ust in a different home. We would DEFINITELY recommend this location as well as these hosts to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wonderful and responsive hosts and property! Our dog loved the fenced backyard while we enjoyed having the option to brew coffee or use a Keurig in the mornings. We also found the couch and beds to be very comfortable during our stay. Jessica was so kind and helpful in sending us a personal item we had left behind. Great location for enjoying all the Sheboygan has to offer!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was so well stocked and comfortable. Perfect location near the lake. Between the fenced in yard for the dog and the little play area for the kids, it couldn’t have worked out better.

The Suncatcher is a perfect place for a Sheboygan holiday. The beds are comfortable and the shower head downstairs was wonderful. Our two and four year old grandsons loved all the toys upstairs, games and garage goodies. We tried numerous restaurants and fun places for the kids to see. We loved walking on the boardwalk and on the beach. Thanks for sharing your perfect home.

The Suncatcher is perfection! Very clean, comfortable and had so many extras that helped make a great vacation! Comfy beds and couch, kids toys, games, great kitchen with everything you need; fenced in backyard, grill, patio furniture, yard games, balls, chalk, bikes, dog toys, and tons of beach extras- wagon, sand toys, beach chairs etc. Amazing location! We had a wonderful experience staying at The Suncatcher! Such a beautiful home--comfy, cozy, and full of character! And the amenities are fantastic! The hosts have done a great job creating a welcoming atmosphere. The property is in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to many things we wanted to explore, including the beach, fun shops, and the farmer's market. Highly recommend!

Excellent option for a stay in Sheboygan!!

We were really impressed with this lovely home! Very well appointed in every regard, from the gourmet kitchen (all the things a good cook needs to make a decent meal!) to the top shelf towels in the bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 4 golfers who only needed a place for one night on our way to Whistling Straits. Great communications right from the moment we made our reservation too - thanks Jessica!!p.s. - we enjoyed the outside patio area as well on a lovely evening, and only 2 blocks to the beach area was also a nice plus!

Great stay by a great lake

My sister, myself, and our spouses stayed here for a long weekend. This home was very clean and had everything we needed, including tea that our host offered to provide after we asked. The beds were really comfy. FYI, one of the beds and bathroom was upstairs in a loft like area, so no door on that bedroom. We were also an easy few blocks to the lake and downtown, so we walked to restaurants and the coffee shop quite a bit. Highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Time to recharge

We came to the area to visit our son and daughter (in-law). We were able to bring our dog with us. When we arrived we just had to bring our stuff in and get settled no muss, no fuss. There was a new doggie toy on the dining room table just waiting for our girl. Coffee and snacks were available for us. The fenced back yard made it easy to let our dog stretch her legs and burn off energy. We spent the next day playing several of the board games provided, hanging out and eating pizza brought in from just a few blocks away. The lakefront was just down the peaceful street. It was just what we needed to recharge our batteries.

Great location and beautiful

Perfect entertaining spot for a girls birthday weekend. The house is beautifully and perfectly appointed. A warm weather visit where we could enjoy the spacious fenced yard and walk to the lake may be in order. Great locatio just minutes from everything.

Christmas in Sheboygan

We arrived mid December to spend Christmas with kids and grandkids. We packed a few decorations but were happily surprised when we were met with a decorated tree, fireplace, even holiday coffee mugs! The home was spacious enough for the 7 of us, and our awesome hosts provided everything we could possibly want or need. They really went above and beyond insuring a return stay at The Suncatcher.

Weekend at the Suncatcher

We had a great stay! The property was just a few minutes from everywhere we went. The property was very roomy and nicely decorated. We could tell that the owners enjoy and take care of their property. Our family is spread out across the country so staying together in this lovely home helped us spend as much time together as possible.

Fall break

The house was wonderful. It had everything that was needed and is dog friendly. Our kids particularly enjoyed playing with all the toys and our dog loved the fenced in backyard. The location is just a few blocks from Lake Michigan.
