“From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. “Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. “This place is amazing!! We stayed in the Falls Suite and the balcony terrace off the room was awesome. Has gas fire pit, comfy chairs all around. Truly one of the most relaxing places to stay. Views of the lake and hillside from there were amazing. At night sitting by the fire, looking up at all the stars was incredible. The room was really nice. Heated bathroom floors. “The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.”
