“Check-in was smooth, and they accommodated my request for a room I had previously stayed in, which I appreciated. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always had great experiences. This stay was lovely overall, but there was one unpleasant moment around 10:45 a.m. when housekeeping knocked and then entered the room while I was changing, despite my asking who was there. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.”
