“They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool. At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood.”
