This is our second time staying at 4 Sisters and the customer service was every bit as good as our first stay. Jenny at Reception was super friendly and the Owner Irene was extremely helpful. “Overall it’s really only a 3 star BnB. The check in experience is not as welcomed, the staff had a rather cold attitude. The room is not as clean as the reviews by other people. The floor is not clean and very dusty-just walked barefoot about 10 minutes you get black feet. The shower head is leaking. The yellow chaise lounge is very old and weary, the fabrics got so many stains! The bedside lamps were off-we had to fix the bulbs in order to get it working. The air con filter was super dusty...

“房間空間設計有趣、夠大；陽台雖小但視野不錯，建議陽台上轉角小小小茶几可以大一點，方便放點零食飲料看海。 床偏軟。老板娘熱情、提供許多旅遊資訊。 飯店位於帆船石附近，比較清幽、晚上也安靜。”

“整體房間內的空間舒適，但是房間外通往外面的上下樓的走道及大廳無空調，密閉的空間感覺空氣比較不好，建議可以打開窗戶通風。備用枕頭有比較重的異味，建議能常巡檢更新。”

“房子很大，通透明亮，裝潢高雅，衛浴寬敞，並有55吋大電視對向大床，可接Netlex及Youtube，全棟樓房香氣怡人，附有電梯上落方便，以此價錢對比在墾丁確是相當佛心。”

“A super friendly couple run this fabulous hotel. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms. About two minutes walk from the main street and night market but cushioned from the noise and very quiet. The owners sorted out a rental scooter for me and were friendly and welcoming throughout. ”
