“I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. ”

“Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. ”

“The location is perfect, just a few houses from the beach. The unit has a great view, very clean and new. The owners/managers were very prompt and communicative. I was VERY hesitant to book a place without reviews- but this was an excellent choice. The beach is clean and private, people are friendly. I will happily stay again!”

“Upon our arrival we were given a numerical code to get into the rental. It did not work! We tried a number of times as to no avail! There was a couple that told us this has happened to them and showed us a back entrance jacked open by a brick! That’s how we got in! Secondly , we had a difficult time with the a/c. It barely cooled the unit! Finally, after spending a day at the beach, I went to take a shower. The shower handle was stuck and could not turn on the shower!! We had plans to go to a...

“We loved the ocean colony resort as it was centrally located but also felt very calm and peaceful - close to nature. We loved the apartment, and the amenities - though it was too cold for the pool.
