River Dinks and River Putts are neighboring 3-bedroom riverfront cabins designed to be enjoyed together. You'll have 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and accommodations for up to 20 guests across the two properties—plus private amenities at both.

Walk between the houses, spread out when you want your own space, and come together for meals, games and time by the river.

GATHER TOGETHER

We designed the compound so booking two houses doesn't mean your group has to spend the trip separated.

River Dinks includes additional folding tables, benches and chairs for groups of up to 20, allowing everyone to gather for meals together indoors or outside.

We also provide reusable dinnerware, cups and silverware for 20 guests, so there's no need to carry dishes and supplies back and forth between the cabins.

THE RIVER

Both cabins have their own private Shenandoah River frontage approximately 300 feet from the houses across the lawn, with riverfront decks and firepits.

River Putts also has stairs providing private access to the river for fishing. River Dinks has private river frontage but does not have direct water access.

Guests have private access to both River Dinks and River Putts and their respective amenities throughout the stay.

The cabins sit directly next to one another and share a driveway, making it easy for your group to move between the two properties while still having two separate homes to spread out.

Your unique door codes and check-in instructions for both cabins will be provided prior to arrival.

TWO-HOUSE COMPOUND

This reservation includes two separate neighboring homes—River Dinks and River Putts. Each cabin has its own kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor amenities.

RIVERFRONT & RIVER ACCESS

Both properties have private Shenandoah River frontage approximately 300 feet from the cabins across the lawn.

River Putts has stairs providing private river access. The stairs are steep, so please use caution. River Dinks has private river frontage but no direct water access.

GRAVEL ROAD

The neighborhood is accessed by a gravel road. Please drive slowly and use care, especially during inclement weather.

LOCAL RACETRACK

There is a local racetrack several miles away. On race nights—typically Saturdays from April through September—you may hear the race from the properties.

KAYAKING & BOAT ACCESS

A public boat landing is approximately 10 minutes away for guests who bring their own kayaks, canoes or other watercraft.

FIREWOOD

Firewood near the riverfront firepits is available for guests. Please only use what you need so there’s plenty for future guests.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

• No indoor smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana or CBD. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a minimum $200 deep-cleaning fee.

• Dogs: Up to 4 well-behaved (2 per house), house-trained dogs are permitted with a $65 fee per dog. Please clean up all pet waste. Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub.
