“Great hotel”

“Great everything. Had a wonderful stay while on business trip, and that property was almost perfect in everything. Not super crowded, and everything was within a good walking distance. (It was massive, tho, and you can easily get lost if you miss the directions; it took me a while. Great breakfast. Quiet. Almost too quiet because everytime I go to the gym at 6am, I was really by myself in a big mansion. I would have preferred a bigger gym, tho. ”

“It was a great hotel and a great golf course.The hotel is clean and friendly.The golf course is also nice and beautiful, but the front lady's attitude is very disappointing.But I really want to go there again.”

“Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! ”

“è stata la prima volta che vi ho soggiornato, l' hotel si trova in zona totalmente decentrata, la colazione è prevalentemente cinese ed offre poca scelta di pietanze occidentali, oltretutto già mezz'ora prima della chiusura della sala colazioni le pietanze che finiscono non vengono rimpiazzate e questa la trovo una cosa inammissibile per un hotel a 5 stelle!!! ho avuto modo di provare il ristorante a buffet starfish ed ho mangiato molto bene. Le camere sono spaziose ma sporche, mi è capitato...

“This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot. Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around.”

“We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking.”
