This is a new hotel so the hardware is fantastic. Spacious rooms, clean and new. The staff is friendly but unfortunately lacks the ability to be a problem solver. When I needed a taxi in the morning, the bellboy asked me to order one from a local app. After explaining that a foreigner may not have it, I got the reply: Oh the foreigners usually have their own car pick-up @@.
Anyway, I turned to the front desk to help, she tried but because it was peak hours, she couldn't get one. Then she just looked at me and said, can't help, you need to walk to the road to try your luck. In the end I had to ask a friend to call a taxi for me.
I would expect a hotel to try their best to solve a guest's problem - considering that you run a hotel and most guests probably aren't local and need your advice for transportation and directions.
But if you don't care about hotel services, the room is really value for money and highly recommended.
