“Was originally put into a room on the first floor that had an adjoining door with the next room. I asked to be moved into another room because I could hear the neighbors entire conversation as if they were in our room. Requested a room change and was accommodated without any issues. The rest of my stay was very pleasant.”

“The staff was friendly. But when we arrived there weren’t any luggage carts. Apparently they only have 2. We were staying 2 nights and was given 2 each of towels washcloths and hand towels. The next day the housekeeping staff took one of the used washcloths, 1 hand towel and the bath mat. They didn’t leave any clean replacements. When I asked I was told that they were out of washcloths and offered me 2 hand towels. It wasn’t until the last morning that I realized that they took the bath mat...

“The room was ok, no tissues, no iron, no ice machine, no microwave, not a good tv, hallway rug very dirty, very poor washcloths and towels and a bug in the bathroom. We will not be staying there again!”
