Hotel vicino a Sheridan Park - Evansville

“It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. ”

“I had no hot water. The guy below me lived there apparently and blared hos music until like midnight. I was only in town because my dad was in the hospital there and well i paid for two nights and only stayed for one. Wont return to that hotel”

“Check in was fast and simple. Breakfast options could be a tad better. Rooms clean and friendly front desk staff. Loved the dog treats at the front of the lobby and filtered water to fill reusable cups . ”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Needed better lighting. Staff was great. Breakfast had a good variety. Only complaints was the typical price gouging because of local event and having to pay extra for parking.”

“Room smelled like urine. Bathroom had an awful smell from the sink. Bed was like a pull out metal bed. If you rolled over the entire bed moved and was loud. Blinds were broken and we were on 1st floor so people could see right in. First glance looked good, but we were disappointed.”

“This is the most horrifying place I've ever stayed. I was actually afraid I was going to catch some sort of disease or get robbed going to our room. The room was dirty and the mattress look like death. There was a deposit of $60 that wasn't mentioned in the booking process, but it was refunded after checkout. Pictures say a 1000 words, just wish I could post them cause I took plenty.😳😬😵”

“The hotel deserves two stars tbh it’s just looks poor the bed wasn’t properly made it’s stuffy and the bathroom had a rag tact looked like someone’s personal one ad the tub had water in I’m not even sure it was cleaned”

“I was unable to make it due to family emergency from the time I booked it 04/20/2026 roughly 9:30 am to the time the emergency happened was only an hour! I tried canceling and it would not allow me to! Then when I called the property nothing they could do cuz Expedia is 3rd party and THEN! I went to the help line and they claimed they emailed someone to help me but that was 2days ago (4-21) and STILL NOTHING! So you going to tell ME! I wasted money bcuz I had to cancel ALL! “Everyone and everything was great.”

“A very clean and comfortable hotel. The price is very low for a nice place to stay. Located near anything that you might want. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is the lack of a restaurant, but close to some very good eateries. If I am in Evansville again, I will probably stay once again.”
