“Missing dishes in room”

“Too loud you can hear everything between the rooms”

“When I arrived I was not given any information about the surroundings. It would have been nice to have information about the trails, restaurant, cafe, and activities in the area because the hotel is in an isolated area with not many amenities in the surrounding area. I asked about a pool and was informed only that they did not have one and could pay to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel for a fee, although they did not know the fee.”

“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Camera 7/10 molto bella, pulita e con tutto il necessario | Personale 5/10 scadente, in Canada il livello è quello ovunque vai sia chiaro, ma alla reception non sanno neanche cosa sia fare Customer Service, specialmente la donna che ci ha fatto il check out, terribile esperienza non so neanche come faccia a lavorare in un Hotel una persona del genere, il ragazzo al Bar non è stato in grado di fare una bevanda decente, neanche una volta, al Ristorante sono bravi invece, camerieri di alto livello|...

“We upgraded to a two bedroom waterfront executive suite with some friends and had an amazing time. What a gorgeous, spacious room overlooking the water. So cool to have sea planes landing right in front of us along side of the other inner harbour boats, and at night a clear view of the parliament buildings lit up. We loved it and will be back again soon!”

“Un hotel 3 stelle che ne merita anche 4. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e molto solerte nelle pulizie e nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posizione eccellente, di fronte al Parlamento e comodo sia per il trasporto pubblico che per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate lungo il porto.”
