“We had nice spacious junior suite. Carpet had a few stains and the shower head was old and had little water pressure. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Nice and close to a lot amenities. Staff were very friendly.”

“Check-in staff was very welcoming and the stay included a gift of chocolates and one of their brews. Complimentary parking and easy access to walking trails is a huge plus. Room is located in a heritage house. Our room was on the main floor and sound does travel from hallways and upper floors, but it did not affect our enjoyment. The bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom, or a mirror in the main room near an outlet. A...

“The kitchen was less than ideal because of lack of cook wear. There wasn’t a corkscrew for the wine or even a bottle opener”

“Honestly I wish I could rate it higher but a couple things were a little disappointing. First they were having issues with the elevators which I understand probably was just bad luck, that being said it was frustrating waiting up to 10 minutes each way to get outside unfortunately we were on the 8th floor so stairs with all our luggage wasn’t really an opiton. Secondly it looked as though the flooring in the room was recently changes which was nice but in the bathroom and shower remnants of old...

Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own.”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“Amazing stay. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We stayed in the Chelsea room. Amazing breakfast each morning, endless 24hr coffee and baked goods, and beautiful location. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect.”

“Room was extraordinary and clean. View was great. Little terrace so cute . However when we asked for a tooth brush they told us to come down and get it because they didn’t have anyone to bring it to the room. There should always be someone handy to bring up somehting for guests. Especially from the months of May and September at hotels. Low season I understand .”
