“Nonostante il preavviso di una settimana non sono riuscita ad entrare in contatto con i gestori per cancellare la prenotazione ed avere un rimborso ( unico modo era un contatto telefonico ma dall'italia complicato) Sarebbe andato bene anche un rimborso parziale, nulla. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”

“The room was not cleaned from previous guest. People were out front smoking marijauna. The hallways were dirty and unvaccumed, the music from attached bar/resturant was blaring, and overall did not feel like a safe location. Came down immediately after checking in and asked for a refund and checked out. Staff on duty said we would receive email of check out and refund still have not seen either. Contacted both Comfort Inn Corporate and Expedia while looking for another place to stay. Both said...
