The elevator was inoperable, and there was a horrible stench in the hallways and the rooms and there were often people randomly hanging out in the parking lot and in front of the hotel. I tried contacting the hotel to get these issues resolved, and they were of no help. I have a physical disability and the elevator was not working and they placed me on the...

“The breakfast was lack luster even for an included continental breakfast, and the indoor pool was so cold even my daughter didnt want to be in it. And she like most kids usually has to be told when to get out of the pool even if its too cold for her own good. And, the pool was the main reason we went with this property instead of a less expensive option”

“Overall stay was okay, room was spacious. AC was good. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and breakfast was good as well. Rooms were dated and definitely needed upkeep. There was no room service for the 2 nights we stayed. It’s definitely very conveniently located off the highway. I wish the rooms were a bit more fresh/updated. Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was great with a bunch of options and ample parking.”
