“I made a reservation through Expedia for a Queen room with a roll in shower, which was confirmed. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that this room was no longer available. I was offered a king room with a tub/shower with grab bars - okay - but I was told at the front desk at the same time that if I didn't take the room offered that my other choice was to use Expedia to find a different hotel. “Great place to stay ”

“We got to the room and it smelled like dirty mop water. The balcony door was opened when I got there and when we closed it it couldn’t be locked. As a single female I did not feel safe and left.”

“Generous breakfast, available coffee included in the stay. Pool was very helpful and moderately clean. The property needs better maintenance- hall carpets are a mess and halls smell like cigarettes. Priced fair for what it was.”

“I had the best rest and relaxation at the Whistling Swan Inn. The accommodations were so clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here.”

“I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!”

“Check-in was quick, and we were asked for a $50 refundable security deposit (booked through Expedia). Parking was plentiful, even during the last weekend of June with a World Cup match nearby. I inspected the room with a UV light, and the bedding was very clean. The bathroom was also clean, though there was a noticeable urine odor upon entering. A better disinfectant or room spray would have helped. The room was quiet with good sound insulation. The gym was limited, with no treadmill....

“I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...
