“lost power 2nd day we stay on evening July 3rd. No power no A/C when there's 30 degree outside, my kids got scared the hotel was dark no light and hot”

“We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day. “Unfortunately there was a massive power outage that meant there was no air conditioning or lights for approximately 4 hours. It was not the: Staffs fault but the hotel could have offered some rebate or other for the inconvenience. Or investigating inna generator”

“Good location, close to the highway and a few restaurants. Helpful, friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The only drawback was the oven didn’t work everyday so a cold breakfast was served. But when the oven worked, the warm breakfast was good.”

“So the pool , games room and gym are decent. The breakfast is quite good for included with the stay . The lake view is quite nice. You do have access to the lake to swim. It’s not obvious as there is no beach but there are a few spots to get in. It’s a 10 dollar taxi ride to downtown. It’s quite nice .”

“The unit itself was clean and tidy and organized the front door handle to the building is massive and almost fell off every time I went to open and close the door, knobs in the shower fixtures and handles were falling off and the hot tub doesn't have much water pressure so it takes an incredibly long time to fill.. Property all in all was nice on a quiet street and the place is very clean, the keypad door handles were an absolute pain and always stopped working. All in all this is a great place...
