“Really nice B&B recently renovated in the heart of this small village. Room are comfy and personalised with big bathrooms. You feel like you are in your house in the countryside. Easy to get in and with good wi-fi connection. The breakfast is cooked for you at the moment. ”

“Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.”

“The property is on the banks of a stream with the constant sound of a waterfall which gives it a certain ambience. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly end helpful. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Convenient bus service to and from Huddersfield stopping right outside.”

“Patrick and his wife were very welcoming, the property is dated but comfortable and clean and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area is a short walk away, with some nice pubs, restaurants (with gluten free options), shops and a Tesco etc... The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been some comfy chairs or small sofa in the room as I personally struggle watching TV in bed, due to health issues, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.”

“I have traveled more than 30 countries and more than 500 hotels and most of them are 5-star hotels. For the first time, I stayed in a place that didn't feel like a hotel, and it wasn't fun at all. There was only a calm and leisurely space, and an indescribable beauty. Let us feel like home, if you want to enjoy the rural scenery and relax, come here, remember, this is not like a hotel at all, this is a home, not the same as a hotel. THX Tracey”
