“This was the best hotel stay in my whole life! To start the property I believe is a refurbished historic ryokan so it definitely has the charm of a traditional stay while being luxury appointed ! I cannot speak better about staff here they were so helpful they went out of there way to make sure we had everything , greet us, open doors, offer us umbrellas on rainy days! “The room was very spacious with a separate living room and kitchenette. The beds were Japanese style and very low to the ground so be aware if you have trouble getting up. The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.”
