“All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email.

“The hotel had a relay good size hotel room and really helpful staff. The location was good enough in general for transport and restaurants (walking distance to Pontocho). The station nearest stations were a little far but walkable. There were plenty of shop walkable from the hotel including Nishiki market. A very comfortable stay and a good hotel.”

“Our stay in Kyoto at the Resi Stay was wonderful. We were able to send some of our luggage ahead, and it was waiting for us at the check-in counter across the street from the train station, which is where you check in. We stayed in 1F and it was huge and very quiet, and it had laundry. We loved exploring Kyoto from this location, as it's so close to a very cute part. We only wish we made a better plan for seeing the rest of Kyoto. It's big and spread out. ”

It’s in a premium spot: subway is 1 min walk. Shops, restaurants is literally downstairs. Very clean and quiet, staff wonderful.10 min walk from Gion district.

Practical self service of water, soft drinks and even sake and toiletteries articles. They gave us free coupons to try the Koe doughnuts downstairs (worth it!!) It’s all those little « plus » that made our stay memorable.
