“This property was absolutely beautiful, unique and quiet. It was my first time staying here and it will be my go to when I'm in the area from now on!”

“Mold in the corners of the bathroom ceiling. Beds and pillows were awful. TV volume wouldn’t turn up or down.”

“All fantastic! If I had to come up with something to improve it would be the wi-fi since it was weak or even unusable in the part of the building we were in. Phone signal and phone used as a hot spot for wi-fi devices worked. Truly nitpicking to suggest improvement.”

Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. This went on until...

“This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!”

“The hotel provided a standard experience. The room and amenities were adequate, and the stay was generally comfortable. I would staying here again in the future.”

“We got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family traveling. The continental breakfast is not much, but available. Location is good, just a short drive from some really great food in the area. ”

“We went to relax for weekend and swim. Pool was so cold we couldn't even swim. It was an indoor pool. Beds super uncomfortable. It wasn't the property's fault per say but we were woke up many times due to ppl above us and down the hall there was a very noisy puppy. Not their fault but made the experience worse.”

“This is not a fancy upscale place. The price is appropriate. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Our rooms were clean, shower had plenty of hot water. the water pressure was good, and the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable. They only had a grab bag for breakfast. We opted for a Whataburger just down the road. Maverick is the place to go for fresh ground and brewed coffee. If I am in this area and need a room for the night, I would stay here again.”

“There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing...

“It did take a little longer than expected to check in because our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but besides that everything was fine. The streaming options on the TV were the best I've seen in a hotel. Solid place to stay.”

“Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service.”
