“We arrived and there was no receptionist. So I grabbed the lobby phone and called and she finally came out. I said oh that was me calling because no one was here. And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly. “Great rain shower and comfortable bed. Loved the ambiance inside the room. Somewhere store luggage/clothing, a chair or loveseat, and more towel hooks would be nice”

“The hotel has over 200 rooms and only two elevators. The whole time I was there, one of the two elevators was broken so we had to wait 10,15,20 minutes to get to or from our room. Absolutely ruins your stay.”
