“The staff are lovely, the room is clean and the location is excellent. This is not a hotel though. It is what a western person would call a motel. There is no counter service in the middle of night and the front door is card locked, there is no room cleaning service (they just wash your towels, they don't clean your room during your stay). “This hotel has very spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and a large bathroom. This is an unusual amount of space compared to other hotels of the same category in Tokyo. “The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!”

"Hotel in posizione centralissima, vista stupenda del centro del quartiere di shibuya, vicino alla stazione principale e alle vie principali dei negozi, vista mozzafiato sull'incrocio più famoso del mondo! Unica pecca la pulizia del bagno. Il bagno all'arrivo aveva macchie strane sulla porta, sporcizia tra le fughe della doccia e sporco vario negli angoli, incrostazioni di sporcizia anche dietro i lavello. Capelli e peli sparsi nel pavimento. La camera i generale sembrava abbastanza pulita. Un vero peccato per un hotel 4 stelle che si fa pagare un prezzo abbastanza alto per notte."
