“This is the best hotel I have stayed. The staff was absolutely cordial and professional and the food was delicious, the rooms clean and beautiful if I ever return to Tokyo I want to stay at The Kahala. Arigato!”

“Didn’t know they offered airport shuttle. This would have been convenient if we knew as we booked a private car. The hotel was great, we only had a brief stay to refresh between a cruise and flight home. The staff were helpful and the check out process was quick and convenient. ”

“Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different...

“Great location where you can walk anywhere easily. Yokohama stadium. Good food. The bay. Highly recommend. I also did laundry and it was super peaceful and clean. The breakfast downstairs is really good too. ”
