Room was very clean and adequately appointed. Carpet in hallways and common areas was filthy. Hotel is set back from the highway and streets, so it was pretty quiet.

I liked how quiet it was and safe the room was very nice . The only thing missing was a table so that we could eat our food. But really enjoyed our stay there.

Let’s just talk about the customer service from Robin (the day shift front desk). First of all, she WILL get it done for you. I had no hot water in my room for an early morning shower to get ready for a wedding I was attending. She was on it like rain on a windshield. She even came by my room to make sure I had been taking care of. Then she was going to find me a table, but I improvised with the iron board. I’m just going to sing her praise for now and hope she sees this review. Thank you for your kindness and prompt response to my needs, Robin. You are definitely a diamond in the rough.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I was told when I checked out that it would be returned that day. The room itself was very large and clean, but felt empty. Not much in the room except for a bed, a chair, and a TV. The bed had no blanket and the shower had no hot water.

Thank you Chris for choosing the stay with us. We will look into the issues you experienced. The deposits take any where from 3-7 business days for credit card and even longer on debit cards. From our end the deposit was released on the day you checked out. We are continuing to improve the hotel.

I have enjoyed my stay very well. Staff very polite and very accommodating. Attentive to all needs. Nice location. Very fair priced for the rooms. And overall a great experience.

First of all I commend the ownership on the vast improvements they have made with the property.They have done an outstanding job with updating the rooms, on the other hand if you want to be around a bunch of trouble making drug addicts this is the place for you. Doors slamming,stomping around at 2 Am upstairs continues to be an issue, even after multiple complaints to the staff. If you can deal with that it is a great place to stay for not a lot of money. Rooms are nice, clean and remodeled. Staff were pleasant. Overall a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Will stay there again.

Wouldn’t recommend it
This stay was not great at all. First they put us in a room with one bed when I asked for two. They didn’t have any other rooms so they put us in an ADA room as it was the only one available with 2 beds. Fine. Then the pool was out of service although they advertise it online. Also— NO BREAKFAST. I was told they used to have it but no longer do and they can’t take it off the website as an option. That was one of the reasons we chose this place was for the breakfast amenity but ok. Then the “renovations” they were doing had us up extremely early in the morning and we were unable to rest as all the racket upstairs was very loud. Then the 3rd day we were there, they shut off the hot water for hours so we were unable to shower and do what we needed to do before heading out for the day. Most entry doors are broken so you can’t get in the main entry way without going all the way to the back to the only door that works. Overall not a great experience, would never ever stay here again.

When i first got there i was checking in, and i had already paid on expedia for room. So afterni gave my id she said ok you have to pay an additional $100 deposit. Which it said that nowhere on website. She ended up saying its ok since i had no more money. Then i saw pool was green like a swamp. Then a sign said they were renovating so some rooms didnt have tvs. The halls and stairs were covered in plastic wrap. The room was clean & big but empty. Nothing on walls at all. Nothing but a bed with no blanket just sheets on it and 2 kitchen chairs in the room. There was a paper in room that had a list of things for example "no refunds" and basically said their remodeling and if its too loud they wont refund money, pool is not in service till next year, i just feel like when i saw the room online it should have said all this or at least that the were remodling.
