“This Best Western is listed as a “Plus” hotel. This is not a “Plus” hotel. Was very disappointed when we arrived.”

“We stayed with my husband and dog for 2 days in this hotel. Everything is good enough. But I give 4 stars because of the maid who broke into the room at the beginning of 10 a.m. I said we are still here, the departure is at 11 a.m. She went out, but after 20 minutes she started knocking on the door. I got up, opened the door and repeated my words earlier. Very strange behavior on the part of the maid in my opinion”

“Very clean with comfortable beds, effective and quiet AC system, quality toiletries, generous standard free breakfast, reasonably priced, free cookies in the pm, nice stay with no complaints. Proximity to various food options, gas station and freeway. Price was cheaper than Redding hotels for comparable quality.”

“After 9 years of traveling to Seattle from Pasadena, I have finally happened upon the most peaceful and convenient place to spend the night. The pool is surrounded by pine trees. No neighbor noise at all. Yet, it's right off the 5. It's only 7 rooms, lodge-like, separated into a group of 3 and 4. Only complaint is that the air conditioner was a little loud, because I'm sensitive to that. Wish I could've opened the windows. Also, I always bring my own thin pillow, because I hate big,...
