“We had such a wonderful stay at Island Place! Kim was so friendly when she checked us in and gave us so much helpful information about the area. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor and just a quick drive to Acadia National Park. Parking right out front was super convenient. “The staff!! I hope the owners know what they have by having Christopher there! The cleaning staff stopped and said hi and asked if the room needed anything. Christopher was witty and right on with his recommendations of places to eat. The location was great, quiet but close to everything. Rooms were nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!”

“Le camere sono in parte nel cottage e in parte nel motel praticamente attaccato alla struttura. La camera é spaziosa e fuori c’è anche un giardinetto. Molto comoda per girare a piedi BR Harbur dove ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti ”

“The position Is perfect. Near to Acadia entrance and 15minutes by walk from the restaurants and shops area. The room was very clean and spacious, and included there's a nice the breakfast corner at the lobby Bads: not quiet of you have a First floor room (depending on neighbours) And very bad wifi connection if you're not near the reception. The price average Is ok for the location , but for more than 200$ per night I pretend a Better service. ”

“Motel che merita un voto pieno. Accoglienza ottima da parte del proprietario, che ci ha dato consigli utili per andare in centro a Bar Harbor con mezzi pubblici, gratuiti, che passano molto vicino al motel (sia andata che ritorno). Comodo il parcheggio davanti al proprio alloggio. Camera spaziosa e pulita, dotata di vari utili accessori (per esempio, macchina per fare il caffè). Sia in camera, che fuori, sotto il portico, ci sono un tavolo con due sedie, dove è comodo consumare la colazione....

“First time bed and breakfast stay and it was amazing! Christi and Matt were so welcoming and had some recommendations to give us which was very helpful. The view is absolutely beautiful! Our room was perfect - had a comfy king bed with an updated bathroom, including an amazing shower. Multiple options for breakfast that Chrisi whips up and it was delish! Will definitely be back!!”

“La struttura è buona, ma la colazione non varia né invitante, mancavano dei tavoli e sedie per sedersi, in caso di pioggia non vi era una sala da colazione dedicata. I ragazzi del bar esterno gentili e disponibili, nell’insieme il giudizio è discreto. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per due giorni, la camera era abbastanza pulita e comoda, il parcheggio dell'auto comodo e proprio difronte alla stanza. La struttura è immersa nel verde ed è leggermente defilata dal centro città che comunque è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina o eventualmente tramite il servizio gratuito ed eccellente di autobus che passa ogni 15/30 minuti. Consigliato assolutamente.”
